I'm sorry I seem to have deleted your comment. Substack showed two versions, the second in which you edited a typo in the first. I deleted the first, incorrect version, and that seems to have resulted in deleting both version. I apologize. Looking for my copy of Legacy of Ashes for more background. I believe it was written as ahit piece on the CIA before the CIA became Obama's instrument for domestic operations.
